Governing Structure

The governing body includes following elected officials: The President, Secretary, Treasurer and board of directors. The president and the Secretary are elected to one year term per the bylaws. Similarly, Treasurer is elected for two-year term. The Borad of Directors include three members that are elected for a term of three years.
